At the Bayside Group, we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. This role will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service across various channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring first contact resolution and adherence to processes. You will also be responsible for establishing and sustaining positive, professional relationships with customers, assisting them through the buying process, and responding to social media interactions in line with company protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a call centre, automotive, luxury retail, or sales environment, with excellent communication and writing skills. They will also have experience in handling phone calls, email case management, and strong administrative skills, as well as experience with live chat case handling, technical skills, social media proficiency, and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Genesys phone systems is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Establish and sustain positive, professional relationships with customers
  • Assist customers through the buying process
  • Respond to social media interactions in line with company protocols
  • Log all customer contacts and interactions in the CRM system
  • Resolve and escalate complaints appropriately
  • Keep up to date on product knowledge and policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call centre, automotive, luxury retail, or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in handling phone calls, email case management, and strong administrative skills
  • Experience with live chat case handling, technical skills, social media proficiency, and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities
