About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of asset management services, specializing in the management of complex performing and non-performing credit on behalf of commercial real estate lenders and investors around the world. They excel at loan servicing, facility and security agency, cash management, fund and asset level accounting, underwriting, due diligence, and leading technologies that empower their clients to better evaluate and manage risk and return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple banks and treasury applications to process local and foreign currency transactions.
  • Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations, maintain reports, and provide account balances to end users.
  • Set up bank accounts for new transactions and independently build and maintain relationships with account banks.
  • Implement efficiency measures such as CVS files for bulk upload of bank transactions and automated reconciliations.
  • Represent the APAC office in the management (implementation or maintenance) of internal systems, including liaising with US and UK teams and training APAC team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years of cash management focused experience within treasury or debt markets operations, and ideally good analytical capacity. Applicants on a WHV may not be suitable for this role, as the position is expected to extend beyond 6 months.

What We Offer

The salary guide for this position is open for the successful candidate, although we expect an hourly rate of circa $40-50 including super is a suitable guide.
