Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic chef to join our culinary team in Sydney. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

  • Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring smooth preparation and service delivery.
  • Assist other sections when needed, guiding and supporting junior chefs.
  • Bring your passion for food quality to the kitchen, setting a positive tone for your colleagues.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and compliance standards, with a strong understanding of HACCP requirements.

Closely collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless experiences for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment, where consistency, accuracy, and efficiency are paramount.
