Chef Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team.

About the Role:
  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes for our guests, using high-quality ingredients and adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account guest feedback and seasonal ingredient availability.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as HACCP principles.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
