As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception and front of house operations
  • Handling switchboard and phone calls, as well as walk-in enquiries
  • Processing mail and managing couriers
  • Meeting room bookings and cleanliness
  • Assisting with data entry and accounts invoicing administration

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and personal presentation skills, as well as IT skills for email and document management. Some roles may require clearances such as a Working with Children check or Police check.
