Warehouse Supervisor

As a key leader in a warehouse setting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate dispatch or receipt of goods. This is a vital position that requires strong leadership skills to manage and lead a team through operational guidance and tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a warehouse team to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity
- Conduct and lead operational meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among team members
- Review employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency and streamline processes
- Oversee the proper documentation and logging of incoming shipments and inventory management
- Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, movement, and expiration dates
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in safety observations and reporting to promote a culture of health, safety, and quality
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in warehousing operations
- A great attitude and strong commitment to safety practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Well organized with a proactive approach
- Forklift license is a must; experience with counterbalance and high reach is preferable
