Senior Litigation Support Analyst Role

  • Manage eDiscovery solutions for clients in need of ESI culling, processing, hosting and conversion.">
  • Collaborate with project management teams and clients to execute tasks efficiently throughout a case's lifecycle.">
  • Troubleshoot technology-related issues internally and externally.">
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding web hosting software and perform administrative functions as needed.">
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.">
  • Ensure smooth workflow transitions between day and evening shifts.">
  • Utilize analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine an appropriate course of action.">
  • Complete jobs according to industry standards and specifications, adhering to client expectations.">
  • Perform special tech-based projects or duties when required.">
  • Work with Relativity and Reef Review to execute document productions, including bates stamping, creating load files, and performing OCR.">
  • Develop custom event handlers and Relativity scripts to improve workflow efficiency.">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • ">
  • 2-3 years' experience in litigation technology or a related field.">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience with a strong technical background.">
  • RCA Certification is preferred.">
  • Experience with Analytics, MS Office applications, and proficiency with Concordance and Summation are necessary.">
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.">
  • Strong organizational, customer service, written and oral communication skills are required.">
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.">
  • Availability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.">
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to each client's needs.">
