Job Overview

This Warehouse Team Lead - Availability Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Watergardens store. As a key member of our availability team, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers have access to the products they want, when they want them.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of stockfill routines in line with Fill windows, including RP Apparel & Table Lines, Impulse, Technology, and Party.
  • Oversee the re-work of excess stock in line with the fill process, focusing on RP Apparel product.
  • Ensure seamless communication among team members to guarantee efficient and effective stock management.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, adhering to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a safe and respectful workplace culture, emphasizing the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
