**Job Title:** Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and administration support to our after-hours clinical services.

About the Role:

This is a Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Part Time or Casual appointment for 45 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

The role requires a motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing bed allocation, ensuring timely discharge of patients, and promoting quality care standards.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A recognized nursing qualification and current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
