About the Role

As the Senior Retail Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and exceptional customer experiences. This includes managing stock levels, assisting with merchandising, and leading a team to deliver results.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a motivated team to deliver superior customer service.
  • Manage high stock volumes, ensuring inventory is well-organised and replenished effectively.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an inviting and stylish store environment.
  • Drive sales and contribute to meeting and exceeding store targets.
