Job Title: Business Advisor for Corporate Revival

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Advisor to join our global consulting team. This role involves supporting the delivery of advisory engagements, including restructuring and debt advisory services.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to delivering advisory services, encompassing restructuring, debt advice, strategic guidance, mergers and acquisitions, special situations transactions, and providing safe harbour under senior team member supervision.
  • Engage in formal restructuring matters, including voluntary administrations, receiverships, and sale processes in insolvency contexts.
  • Assist with statutory compliance and report preparation for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Pitch for transactional and restructuring work as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong financial modelling capabilities, including cash flow forecasting and estimated outcome statements.
  • Exhibit advanced written communication and reporting skills.
  • Show a developed understanding of insolvency, restructuring, and accounting principles, including statutory requirements.
  • Display experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, including formal appointments.
  • Possess an undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business, majoring in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Hold completed or near completion of CA/CFA certification.
