We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Bodewell Community Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to our clients with their day-to-day activities, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including meal preparation, shopping, and transportation
  • Assist clients with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Support clients with social and personal activities, such as companionship and outings
  • Develop and maintain a safe and professional relationship with clients, respecting their individuality and diversity
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check
  • Proof of COVID and flu vaccinations
