Social Volunteer Role

We are seeking an individual to engage with an elderly gentleman in residential care. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who appreciates quiet, meaningful moments and enjoys sharing stories about their adventures.

As a social visitor, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the person's quality of life and help them feel less isolated.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide companionship and support to the gentleman, helping him stay connected to the community.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Frequent visits to the residential care facility to spend time with the gentleman
  • Engaging in conversations and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respecting the gentleman's privacy

We would be happy to discuss a suitable schedule for regular visits between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday.
