Sydney Corporate Governance Advisor Position

As a Corporate Governance Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation and distribution of agendas, papers, and meeting materials across Board and Committee forums. This involves accurately drafting minutes, tracking follow-ups, and supporting the implementation of decisions.
- About The RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in a Board Secretariat, Company Secretariat, or Governance support role. They will be confident in engaging with senior executives and maintaining confidentiality, and possess strong written communication skills and precision in documentation.
- About YouResponsibilities include maintaining governance documentation, registers, and policies, including conflicts of interest, assisting with external reporting obligations, Board effectiveness reviews, and regulatory compliance. A proactive, responsive, and service-focused mindset is essential, along with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a Board Secretariat, Company Secretariat, or Governance support role
