  • Collaborate with the service team to deliver estimates and take-offs for service contracts, driving business growth through precision and accuracy.
  • Promote excellent customer communication and job follow-ups to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Support the service team with general administration tasks, freeing up resources to focus on key responsibilities.
About the Role

A strong understanding of fire systems and workflows is essential, along with experience in quoting and estimating, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Requirements
  • Fire industry experience: 3+ years, preferably within a contractor organization
  • Quoting and estimating skills: Proven ability to prepare accurate quotes and estimates for repairs and small works
  • Organizational and communication skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with Uptick or similar software is highly desirable
