Enhance Member Experience and Operational Efficiency

We are seeking a skilled Business Improvement Analyst to join our Insurance Optimisation & Transformation Team at RAA, South Australia's most iconic brand.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based at Mile End with hybrid work-from-home arrangements. You will report to the Manager of Automation and Improvement and contribute to improvements in member experience and operational efficiency through change initiatives and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver business improvement projects to enhance member experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Design streamlined business processes for new system implementation.
  • Utilise continuous improvement tools like team-based brainstorming workshops, process observation, mapping, data collection, and analysis.
  • Adopt Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
  • Provide quality data for prioritising business improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and analysis requirements.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in Business Analysis (Highly desirable)
  • Developed Business Improvement analysis skills, preferably using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project management skills for coordinating and facilitating project completion.
  • Ability to collect and analyse data, process map, and produce meaningful reports.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for maintaining effective relationships and influencing change acceptance.
