Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Manager Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Manager to collaborate with an experienced and dedicated team within a national practice. Based in Sydney, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing various projects related to real estate valuations and analytics.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail. They should have a detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes, as well as demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.

  • Support the audit team in the peer review of valuation for financial reporting
  • Support pre and post transaction activities by undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a variety of projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and property development advisory
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS
