Seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional support in a busy private practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking skills, be able to work effectively with Specialists, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Welcoming patients, answering telephone calls, and responding to enquiries.

- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment schedule.

- Assisting patients with completing necessary documentation, including producing consents and quotes.

- Processing billing and payments, and conducting end-of-day reconciliation using medical software.

- Liaising with Medicare and private health funds.

- Performing general administrative duties, including scanning and sending reports.

**Requirements for Success:**

- Previous experience in a general or private practice is highly desirable.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
