About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Cyber Solutions team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in cyber risk and insurance services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our Cyber practice, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with clients and insurers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Cyber practice
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple segments
  • Presentation and negotiation of proposals to clients
  • Own content development for tender proposals and pitches
  • Engage with insurers to maximize their offerings and contribute to incident response panels
  • Deliver insurance risk transfer solutions through strong insurer connectivity and broker negotiations
  • Lead the team to execute and manage Cyber Risk consulting services including cyber incident readiness assessments, threat simulations, resilience evaluations and/or risk profiling
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure awareness of client cyber risk exposures and Aon's value proposition
  • Promote and deliver Aon's Cyber Risk Analyser and other data analytics tools
  • Drive operational efficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives through data utilization and innovation

Skillset

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience engaging senior executives and developing media and client relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with presentation excellence
  • Strong time management and high-pressure environment experience
  • Strong work ethic and team collaboration
  • Personal style engaging with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working within the Cyber risk space from IT security, legal, fraud, risk accounting or compliance background
  • P&L management exposure
  • Confidence presenting to Boards and C-suite executives on Cyber resilience strategies
