Job Overview

The role of Cyber Solutions Director is pivotal in driving Aon's strategic vision for Cyber Risk management. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the overall growth strategy, incorporating client acquisition and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the Cyber Insurance and Consulting services pipeline, taking ownership of new business targets and conversion strategies.
  • Lead teams to execute and manage Cyber Risk consulting services, including threat simulations, resilience evaluations, and risk profiling.
  • Deliver insurance risk transfer solutions through strong insurer connectivity and broker negotiations.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure awareness of Cyber risk exposures and the value of Aon's offerings.
  • Promote and deliver Aon's Cyber Risk Analyser and other data and analytics tools.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in engaging senior executives and developing relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with high standards of presentation.
  • Strong time management skills and proven experience working in high-pressure professional environments.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Engaging and enthusiastic personal style, with in-depth knowledge and experience in the Cyber risk space.
  • Exposure to Profit & Loss management and confident in presenting to Boards and 'C' suite executives on Cyber resilience and risk prevention strategies.
