Customer Experience Consultant

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our retail team in Mackay.

Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through your excellent communication skills and product knowledge.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
