We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as Lead Customer Service Manager.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
- A key focus of this role is to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and coaching others to do the same
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Prioritize zero-harm safety standards in all aspects of the job
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail leadership role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices
- Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional complaint resolution skills
