Elevate your career to new heights with a challenging role as an In-Flight Dining Professional. As a key member of our team, you will work across various areas to prepare meals for airline customers' flights. Your main responsibilities include food handling, plating meals, and meal tray set up, ensuring presentation specifications are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all elements required to deliver a memorable dining experience
  • Perform tasks in the kitchen, bar area, and wash stations
  • Stock airline carts with dry store items
  • Load and unload wash lines
  • Maintain compliance with food safety guidelines

To be successful in securing this role, you will need sound numerical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to stand for prolonged periods, move and lift items, and work shift work across a 7-day roster. Basic knife skills and knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP are desired but not essential.
