We are seeking a skilled and experienced fine dining professional to join our team. As a waiter or runner, you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional food, beverages, and wine in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Description:**

  • Work alongside leading professionals in the culinary industry
  • Serve exquisite dishes and drinks in a beautiful two-hat fine dining setting

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fine dining establishment
  • Great knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Hold a valid RSA certification
  • Have full Australian working rights
