Job Overview
M Marsh Pty Ltd is a leading global insurance broker and risk adviser seeking an experienced Risk Management Associate to join our team in Melbourne. This role will be based in the Marsh Risk Management Team, supporting Senior Account Executives and Principals in client services, administration, technical support, and business development.
About the Role
- This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- You will assist in servicing Risk Management clients through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency, and all other documentations.
- As a key member of the team, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs and identifying products that benefit them.
Requirements and Qualifications
- We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual with experience in an insurance broking, claims, or underwriting environment.
- You must have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks on time.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable but not necessary.
