About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Geelong. You will work closely with our Victorian leadership team to manage project delivery, ensuring safe, profitable, timely, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects, driving growth through networking and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with the Victorian leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Natural leadership skills with experience in managing teams
  • Strong understanding of project management principles within the construction industry
  • Building-related degree or diploma, or trade background
  • Excellent financial acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
