**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing successful teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Japanese language and culture is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends
