Job Summary

This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your cheese knowledge and passion for delivering exceptional customer service at our Tasmanian store.

Responsibilities
  • Showcase your cheese expertise by creating visually enticing displays to encourage customers to sample and learn about fine local and international products
  • Create appealing product displays to meet the high expectations of our discerning customers
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized store, replenishing and rotating stock as required
  • Cut, wrap and price cheeses to ensure they are presented in their best light
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with cheese, preferably in a retail environment
  • A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. Your standard roster will be agreed based on your availability and our operational requirements, with flexibility to suit your needs
  • Physical fitness for lifting and standing
