We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric professional to fill a key position in our deli department. As a Fresh Service Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and display a diverse range of products in the deli department, including meats, cheeses, and antipasto.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert recommendations and advice.
- Ensure all products are presented attractively and consistently with our brand standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment by working effectively with colleagues and supporting store initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and product expertise.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
