Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer support services to our rural customer base.

This involves managing and overseeing various aspects of customer support, including channel ordering, water delivery, rostering, and resolving operational issues that may arise during the Rural Channel season.

Outside of this period, you will continue to support the Rural Customer Coordinator, assist the broader Customer Support unit, and contribute valuable insights to our Contact Centre and Customer Care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, thorough, and consistent customer support with a focus on our rural customers.
  • Investigate and resolve all types of customer enquiries, prioritizing first contact resolution.
  • Provide additional support to the Contact Centre and Customer Care team as required, including assisting with projects.
  • Identify business improvements and implement risk control measures across all areas.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace and promoting a sustainable environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require substantial work experience in customer support or a related field, coupled with qualifications equivalent to a Certificate III/IV or secondary education with relevant vocational training.
