In this role, you will support the Corporate Secretariat team in driving best-practice governance by supporting and streamlining internal governance bodies overseeing projects, investments, and key contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to improve processes. They will also possess relevant tertiary qualifications in business or law and experience in governance-related roles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate Secretariat team in driving best-practice governance
  • Streamline internal governance bodies overseeing projects, investments, and key contracts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective governance practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on governance activities
