Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at LGM Industries. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of the annual Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with our service offering and reputation.
  • Brand Positioning: Position the LGM brand in the market to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate content creation and updates for the website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
  • Newsletter Management: Lead the publication of a quarterly newsletter for distribution to target audiences.
  • Project Management: Update and create project profiles and case studies.
  • Brand Asset Management: Build LGM's library of quality brand assets to increase awareness and brand preference.
  • Supplier Management: Coordinate and brief external suppliers such as photographers, videographers, PR consultants, graphic designers, sign makers, and printers.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize future efforts.
  • Event Management: Coordinate LGM events, sponsorship, trade shows, and community initiatives.
  • Industry Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience in a marketing role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and people management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative, and budget-management skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.
