Marketing Coordinator Job Description

LGM Industries is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Bunbury. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Plan Development: Assist in creating and implementing the annual Marketing Plan to align with our service offering and reputation.
  • Brand Positioning: Position the LGM brand in the market to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate content creation and updates for the website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
  • Newsletter Publication: Lead the publication of a quarterly newsletter for distribution to target audiences.
  • Project Profiles and Case Studies: Update and create project profiles and case studies to showcase our expertise.
  • Brand Asset Development: Build LGM's library of quality brand assets to increase awareness and brand preference.
  • Supplier Coordination: Coordinate and brief external suppliers such as photographers, videographers, PR consultants, graphic designers, sign makers, and printers.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize future efforts.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate LGM Events, Sponsorship, Trade shows, and Community initiatives.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Marketing Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience in a marketing role is necessary.
  • Organizational and People Management Skills: Strong organizational and people management skills are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Marketing Software Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms is necessary.
  • Teamwork and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative and Budget Management: High degree of initiative and budget-management skills are required.
  • Industry Trend Familiarity: Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies is necessary.
