The Condition Monitoring Engineer role is a pivotal position in our organization, focusing on optimizing equipment performance and ensuring seamless operations.

  • Analyzing and reporting vibration data to identify areas of improvement
  • Conducting site work, including routine offline data collection and analysis to ensure accuracy
  • Designing, configuring, and testing condition monitoring systems to enhance overall efficiency
  • Troubleshooting machinery and system issues for customers with a focus on delivering timely solutions
  • Carrying out factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing to guarantee quality
  • Maintaining strong relationships with end users to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Providing feedback on market trends and opportunities to drive business growth
  • Exploring and supporting smart maintenance solutions such as mounting tools, lubrication, condition monitoring, and laser alignment/tensioning equipment
  • Supporting engineering services including project management, system commissioning, and technical training to upskill the team
  • Identifying and responding to service tenders to expand our customer base
  • Managing offline and online vibration databases, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and comprehensive reporting
Key Qualifications
  • A recognized degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum VA Cat I certification
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a distributed national team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A strong focus on time management and problem-solving
  • Willingsness to travel state-wide, interstate with occasional FIFO assignments
