Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Business Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and projects, leveraging your expertise in operational risk management to drive business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your consulting skills to enhance client engagements and continuously develop our service offering.
  • Apply coaching and facilitation skills to support the capability development of operational and functional leaders.
  • Work with managers to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Independently manage end-to-end projects, identifying areas of improvement and designing effective solutions within your area of expertise.
  • Undertake and lead analysis, including quantitative and qualitative evaluations of results, and preparation of reports and presentations for client engagements and business development.
  • Engage clients across project lifecycle stages, including scoping, proposal preparation, project management, and implementation at their sites.
  • Lead clients through meetings, interviews, and workshops at various project stages.
  • Possess strong industry knowledge and stay abreast of current trends, pricing, and new technology related to your industry or technical practice.
  • Develop project work plans, progress trackers, and status reports, as well as identify project critical paths, risks, mitigation plans, and issues management.
  • Collaborate with Senior Subject Matter Experts to assist in delivering and co-delivering workstreams.

  • Contribute to the development and/or enhancement of existing intellectual property and engage with peers to support continued methodology development.
