We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Calvary Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect and empathy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in nursing practice.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions in complex situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
