We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with individuals and the healthcare team to achieve goals and health outcomes.
- Take a leadership role in the coordination of nursing and healthcare within and across different care contexts.
- Practice independently and interdependently, assuming accountability and responsibility for your actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses and healthcare workers.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and experience in using an electronic patient record system.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
