We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Health Care Kogarah. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to people of all ages and cultural groups, including individuals, families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Take a leadership role in the coordination of nursing and healthcare within and across different care contexts to facilitate optimal health outcomes.
- Practice independently and interdependently, assuming accountability and responsibility for your own actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses and healthcare workers.
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and experience in using an electronic patient record system.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
