Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced attorney to provide strategic guidance and support for risk management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
  • Provide legal approval and guidance to drive contract excellence and manage legal risk across the business.
  • Legal Advisory: Offer strategic legal advice to inform business decisions.
  • Risk & Compliance: Assess commercial and legal risk in operational decisions to minimize exposure.
  • Dispute Management: Manage litigation and outside counsel relationships to resolve disputes efficiently.

About this Role:

This role requires a seasoned attorney with expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and be able to provide strategic legal advice to inform business decisions.
