About This Role

  • You will be expected to upsell and cross-sell products, identifying opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  • A passion for fashion footwear and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
