About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team at Coppabella Village, located in the Bowen Basin, QLD. This is a full-time permanent role with a 5/2 roster and drive-in, drive-out accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process deliveries, checking off delivery notes and recording information.
  • Operate a pallet jack and perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and repetitive tasks as required.
  • Store goods in designated areas, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Work across storage areas, chiller, and freezer rooms as needed.
  • Perform forklift operations with minimal frequency.
  • Prepare supplies for redistribution to other teams across the village.
  • Enter invoices into Civeo's stock management system.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
  • Utilize basic computer-based systems as necessary.
About You
  • A valid forklift license is required.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in the commercial hospitality industry, is preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of stock rotation principles, including HACCP rules, is essential.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced work environments is highly regarded.
  • Competency in using basic computer systems is required.
  • Flexibility to work any shifts is necessary.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, is required.
  • A National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one is necessary.
  • Valid Australian work rights are required.
  • Remote work experience is highly regarded.
  • A Class C, Manual Driver's License is required.
