About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team in Coppabella Village, located in the Bowen Basin, QLD. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, checking off delivery notes, and recording information. You will also operate a forklift to load and unload incoming goods, store goods in relevant areas, and prepare supplies for redistribution to other teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and record deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload goods, adhering to safety protocols
  • Store goods in designated areas, maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Prepare supplies for redistribution to other teams, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Enter invoices into Civeo's stock management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures, contributing to process improvements and safety initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Use basic computer-based systems, as required

About You

  • Valid forklift licence
  • Demonstrated relevant work experience, preferably in commercial hospitality
  • Thorough understanding of stock rotation principles, including HACCP rules
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced work environments
  • Competent in using basic computer systems
  • Flexibility to work any shifts, as required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Valid Australian work rights
  • Remote work experience, highly regarded
  • Class C, Manual Driver's Licence
