About the Position:

The Sydney Local Council is seeking a motivated Parking Enforcement Officer to undertake parking enforcement activities, record keeping, and preparation of evidence. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Coordinator and other Council staff to ensure the effective delivery of parking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce parking provisions within the Local Government Area
  • Ensure vehicular turnover of parking spaces
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public
  • Report other non-related parking matters to Council

Requirements:

  • A Class C Driver's Licence is required
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to learn and apply legislation as required
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
