Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven Product Development Specialist to take our seasonal ranges from concept to production. This role blends creative development, quality control, and relationship management with a strong commercial focus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing seasonal ranges from concept to production, ensuring alignment with brand vision and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Developing seasonal ranges from concept to production
- Maintaining quality standards and brand attributes across all products
- Building and nurturing supplier relationships
- Driving the development process and maintaining policies to ensure projects run to schedule and budget
- Liaising with manufacturers to deliver samples on time and to specification
- Reviewing and processing samples, documenting issues and following up to ensure timely resolution
- Proven experience in end-to-end product development, ideally within the footwear industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with a commercial focus
- Technical understanding of fit, quality, and production processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability in managing multiple projects
