About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Governance Professional to join our Corporate Services team in NSW. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a significant part in driving the continued success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Corporate Services team, providing corporate services to our 3,000+ corporate clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key tasks include:

  • Company incorporations and deregistrations
  • Establishing discretionary and unit trusts
  • Acting as Registered Office for companies
  • Attending to compliance obligations
  • Liaising with the broader Business Advisory division
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A senior company secretary qualification (10+ years of experience)
  • Detailed understanding of the Corporations Act and corporate governance principles
  • Experience within a professional services firm
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and questioning disposition
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
