Job Title: Leading the Precise Point Mensuration Program

The role of leading the Precise Point Mensuration (PPM) program is a critical position within our organization. As the lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a small team responsible for maintaining Australia's PPM accreditation. This includes certifying ADF PPM work centres and analysts, as well as ensuring compliance with international standards at accreditation audits.

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the PPM program and its requirements. You will need to be able to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, delegate responsibilities, and empower your team to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will need to engage regularly with international stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide expert knowledge on Australia's PPM program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deliberate targeting, PPM, and/or advanced imagery exploitation. They will also have a proven commitment to maintaining regulatory standards, adhering to policy requirements, and upholding quality assurance principles.
