We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Partnership Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage relationships that drive successful partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for customers.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals through sustainable employment. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new employment opportunities
  • Empowering and connecting customers to sustainable employment
  • Interviewing and matching customers to appropriate jobs
  • Working within your community to make a difference and support people through change
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales and a passion for business development
  • Able to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with a strong focus on customer care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving
