Senior Data Testing Professional

This role entails overseeing and executing comprehensive data testing strategies for multiple projects.

  • Lead the management of application releases in a data program area, with ongoing oversight of 80 to 100 applications quarterly.
  • Develop and implement tailored data testing solutions aligned with project requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, drive technical discussions, and ensure effective coordination.
  • Provide estimates, staffing plans, and resource requirements for various project teams.
  • Identify and pursue data testing opportunities through proactive proposals and RFPs.
  • Translate compliance requirements into actionable data testing approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement robust data testing strategies.
  2. Manage and oversee test scenarios and requirement gathering processes.
  3. Estimate and manage project resources effectively.
  4. Drive data quality assessment and KPI tracking.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in handling BIG Data and cloud migration projects.
  • Expertise in ETL testing techniques and data migration testing.
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies like DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and data testing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder and program management skills.
  • Ability to devise and implement data testing strategies.
  • Pre-sales and proposal experience is advantageous.
