About the role

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for a key position within our Medical Directorate. This role will manage the onboarding, day-to-day queries, and rostering of Junior Medical Staff. The successful applicant will have strong capabilities in a wide range of administrative and operational processes.

Position overview
  • Employment Type: Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO, Fixed Term Parental Leave position. Part-time applications will be considered for the right candidate.
  • Location: Warrnambool Campus
  • Classification: Administrative Worker Grade 3

The role requires well-developed time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced computer literacy skills. A Certificate/Diploma in Health or Business Administration or equivalent is desired, and knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.
