About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This dynamic position will play a key role in establishing the talent acquisition strategy, translating business needs, and addressing escalations between TA Delivery and Talent Management.

Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Geographically located within a reasonable distance to our Sydney (Bella Vista) office
  • Proven ability to create and communicate strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strong business acumen and experience in leading high-caliber teams
  • Demonstrated success as a change agent for organizational transformation
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain a positive work environment
  • Superior analytical and project management skills
